    By equipping government leaders with effective teaching strategies and deep pedagogical insights, these leaders are empowered to train others, ensuring widespread adoption of best practices. This scalable approach fosters systemic change, driving improvements in teaching quality and educational outcomes. Continuous support ensures that these practices create lasting, positive impacts on education systems, giving every child access to high-quality, innovative learning environments.

    Training
    Riverside Learning Center (RLC) trains the ‘Super 30’ in a 5 day workshop on the 7 key processes that can empower children and build student agency in schools.
    Conglom
    Tone Setting & Closing the Loop
    Congenial Meets
    Board Protocol
    Month End Celebration
    Thinking Routines
    Spark plugs
    Implementation
    Once the school leaders are trained, they go back and implement these practices in their schools.
    Coaching
    RLC then organises a coaching call once every week where the ‘Super 30’ share their work and RLC coaches guide them further in case of any queries/ challenges/ roadblocks in implementation.
    Presentation
    At the end of 3 months, the leaders make a presentation to Riverside to showcase the transformation that has taken place in their schools.
    Debrief
    Sharing of School Case studies & Plan for Phase II
    Designing roadmap for the 1276 schools across Gujarat
