    • A comprehensive Discovery Report shared with the client school at the end of the visit.

    • Duration: 4 days @5 Hours Per Day
    • Content of Training: 3 Processes | 2 Skill Workshops
    • Coaching Call: 2 Coaching calls
    • Cohort Size: 10 Participants

    School Culture.By Design

    • Duration: 1 Year | 15 days per year, delivered across 3 touchpoints (5 days each @5 Hours Per Day)
    • Content of Training: 7 Processes | 4 Skill Workshops
    • Coaching Call: 6 Coaching calls
    • Cohort Size: 10 Participants
    • Audit: Annual Implementation Audits
